At the bottom of the EPA portfolio app, you will find several icons. These icons represent the general functionalities.

This is the “Home” button. By selecting this, you can view the EPAs linked to your account and track your progress. |

This is the “My forms” button. Here, you can access all the forms you have submitted and check the status of each one. |

The middle icon is the “Upload new form” button. From this menu, you can select and submit any form you want. |

The “Bell” icon displays your notifications. |

The icon on the right is the “Profile” button. By selecting this, you can update your personal information, such as your name, email address, password, and current job position. |
By default, the app opens on your homepage. The EPAs that are linked to your account are displayed under tiles that are categorized by department. If you don’t have any EPAs yet, you can tap “Browse all EPAs” to get an overview of all the available EPAs within the organization.

For example, when you tap the “Design” department tile, the EPAs for this department will be shown. When you open an EPA, you can tap “Request to add EPA” to send a request to your manager for addition of the EPA to your account.
In the top right corner, you will find three horizontal dots. Tapping this button allows you to navigate to the app settings (where you can enable or disable push notifications) and access links to the “About” and “Privacy disclaimer” pages.
