Within the EPA portfolio, we use several different terms to indicate different roles. You are the employee. You are building your professional portfolio by submitting evidence through various forms. You work on your professional growth in EPAs that are defined for your profession.
The other two roles are assessor and manager.
- The assessor is someone who evaluates you. This can be your manager, a colleague, a client, and so on.
- Your manager has access to your account and can approve requests for declaration of competence. This can be your team lead or the CEO.
