Besides using a computer and/or laptop for the e-learning, you can also use a tablet. If you get a question from a user saying the e-learning doesn't work/open and they use an iPad, please ask them to do the following:
- Go to settings- Go to Safari
- Scroll down to 'Privacy & security'
- Uncheck 'Prevent cross-site tracking'
- Restart the internet browser
The same is the case for using below iOS browsers (you should know which browser the customer uses before you can send the video):
Safari 9 (El Capitan)
Safari 10 (Sierra)
Safari 11 (High Sierra)
Safari 13 (Catalina)
Click on this link and send the applicable video to the customer.
It should work after this.
If it doesn't, ask the customer to do the following:
- clear the cache (https://browsercache-legen.nl/nl)

- Customer should send us the support details via this link (https://supportdetails.com/)
- Send us a screenshot of the error and which module they're trying to open
We can then investigate what can be the cause of the error. Send a backlog form to DEVS.
