Managers: 360-degree feedback form

This assessment form results in a global assessment of a specific subject by multiple assessors. The employee needs to send the form to at least three assessors, for example colleagues or clients. When the form has been filled out by three or more assessors, the employee has to send it to you for approval. By asking for input from the people with whom they interact in their professional practice, employees can conduct an analysis of their strengths and weaknesses.
