Managers: competence level registration form

The competence level registration form is used to register a new competence level for the employee. The competence level can be adjusted at any point in their career, and a new level can be requested by the employee as well as registered on your initiative. If the employee is at competence level 4 or 5, they will receive a declaration of competence. This allows the employee to perform this EPA independently.
