Submitted forms can have different statuses, depending on what actions have and haven’t been performed yet. The following statutes can be distinguished:
- Concept: the form has not yet been submitted for assessment and can still be edited. It is saved in the employee's account and has not been sent to an assessor.
- Pending assessment: the form is waiting to be assessed.
- Rejected: this means that the assessment of the form has been declined. The form can still be edited and can be re-submitted for assessment (to the same assessor or someone else). It can be deleted as well.
- For revision: this is a completed submission with additional data changes requested by the employee. This status applies to all forms.
- Awaiting validation: this status is only applicable to the 360-degree feedback form. It indicates a closed feedback round that the employee has summarized and sent to you for revision. The form will receive the completed status only after revision, and it will count towards the required number of submissions.
- Below required level: this is a finished assessment at EPA level 1, 2, or 3. The submission is completed and cannot be deleted. It will not count towards the required number of submissions for that EPA, as only the completed submissions will count. A new form can be submitted to obtain EPA level 4 or 5.
- Completed: this is a finished assessment at EPA level 4 or 5. This submission is completed and cannot be deleted. This form will count towards the required number of submissions per EPA.
