In XpertFolio, there are various types of forms in the categories assessments, registrations, reflection, EPA, and evaluation.
Employees use the XpertFolio app to keep track of the EPAs required for their profession and to reach a declaration of competence for these EPAs. As a manager, you will use the XpertFolio website to review assessment requests submitted by the employees or to upload an assessment yourself. To obtain level 4 or 5 for an EPA, an employee must have a specific number of completed forms required for that EPA.

Assessments
The different assessment forms allow you to evaluate specific attitudes, skills, cases, or other types of assessments of employees.
Registration
The registration forms allow employees to register performed tasks or obtained certificates.
Reflection
The reflection forms enable employees to reflect on their own behavior or ask their colleagues for feedback on specific subjects.
