Managers: role definitions

Within the EPA portfolio, we use several different terms to indicate different roles.

Within the EPA portfolio, we use several different terms to indicate different roles. You are the manager. You have access to the accounts of your employees, can see their progress and can for example approve requests for declaration of competence.  

The two other roles are assessor and employee.  

  • The assessor is someone who evaluates the employee. This can be you as a manager, a colleague, a client, and so on. 
  • The employee is the one who builds their professional portfolio by submitting evidence through various forms. They work on their professional growth in EPAs that are defined for their profession.
